The 2013 ASP World Championship Tour will be held in Bali on June 2013. This is the first event for the island of Bali to host this elite tour event since Rip Curl Search in 2008. On Monday February 4, 2013 The ASP International announce the Oakley Pro Bali as an ASP World Championship Tour which which will be held at Keramas beach as the main venue and Canggu beach as the backup location.

This will be Keramas first ASP World Title which is internationally recognized as a high performance surfing. The 34 top ASP surfer will battle for the first spot this year and for the years to come. This is one of the events that many surfer has been anticipated in 2013. Continue reading →

Tanah Lot Temple

Tanah Lot is about 10 minutes away from the Canggu village. This is one of the famous temple in Bali located on the seaside of the south. Its actually constructed atop a large rocks just off the coast and can only be accessed during low tide.

There are poisonous black snake living in caves around the temple and it is said that the snake is guarding the temple. Anyway this is the best spot to view the sky in the late afternoon witnessing thechanging color of the sky from blue to orange. Continue reading →
